Jaywalker hit by car near the Linq

A woman is in critical condition after she was hit by a car while jaywalking near the Linq early Sunday morning.
The 23-year-old California woman was crossing Flamingo Road near the intersection of Linq Lane, outside a marked crosswalk when she was hit. She was taken to the University Medical Center with life-threatening injuries.
The driver of the car that hit her stayed at the scene and showed no signs of impairment. Neither the driver nor the two other passengers in the car was injured.
