Las Vegas police seek Albertsons robbers

Las Vegas police are looking for two people who robbed an Albertsons gaming area at gunpoint early Wednesday morning.

The unidentified robbers, both between the ages of 25 and 35, entered the store at 1650 N. Buffalo Dr., near Vegas Drive, at 3 a.m. and held two cashiers at gunpoint, police said.

Police describe one of the robbers as a black man who is about 6 feet tall and weighs about 180 pounds. Surveillance video shows he was wearing a red hooded sweatshirt, a mask and dark shorts.

The other robber’s gender is unknown, police said. He or she, who weights about 160 pounds, was wearing a black leather jacket, black shorts and a dark bandana mask.

Both robberies carried handguns and fled after they took money, police said.
