Las Vegas police want public’s help to find missing boy

Las Vegas police are asking for the public’s help in finding a runaway 10-year-old boy.
Metropolitan Police Department announced Jahvanni Jordan, 10, was last seen about 3:30 p.m. Tuesday near Sahara Avenue and Teddy Drive, by Palace Station.
Officers said he was last seen wearing a navy long-sleeved shirt, shorts, black Van shoes and a lime-green backpack. Police described him as a black boy with brown eyes and black hair, standing about 4 feet tall and weighing about 55 pounds.
Metro urged anybody with information as to Jahvanni’s whereabouts to call officers at 702-828-3111 or the missing persons unit at 702-828-2907.
