Man critically injured after being run over by tractor-trailer
A man was hospitalized with critical injuries Monday morning after police said he was run over by a tractor-trailer in the loading dock of Hard Rock Hotel.
The man, whose age was not immediately available, had been lying under the truck in a parking lot at 4055 S. Paradise Road, near East Harmon Avenue, when the 2014 Freightliner truck "drove over" him, Metro wrote in a release Monday afternoon.
He was taken to Sunrise Hospital and Medical Center with critical injuries, the release said.
The 62-year-old woman who was driving the tractor-trailer was not injured.
Police are still investigating the incident, the release said.
