The Clark County coroner’s office identified the Las Vegas man who died earlier this week after being struck by a car while walking on Interstate 15 near Moapa.
Roger Blaine Boyd, 45, died early Wednesday from multiple blunt force trauma due to being struck by a motor vehicle, the coroner’s office said.
Nevada Highway Patrol said Boyd was struck shortly after 1 a.m. by a northbound red Nissan truck while he was crossing the freeway.
Troopers believe the vehicle he was in had broken down.
