Metro looking for suspects in Valentine’s Day homicide

A man was found shot to death in an east valley home over the weekend, Las Vegas police said Monday.

Police say they received a report that a man had been shot in the 3900 block of Saguaro Lane, near Stewart Avenue and U.S. Highway 95 about 6:30 p.m. Saturday.

The Clark County coroner’s office identified him Monday as 46-year-old Rodolfo Solis-Gonzalez, of Las Vegas.

Police found Solis-Gonzalez with apparent gunshot wounds in a bedroom, according to a Metro news release, and medical personnel pronounced him dead.

Metro homicide investigators said Solis-Gonzalez’s grey 2012 Nissan Sentra was missing from the home.

No suspects have been named, and police are searching for the Nissan Sentra with plate number LV XJ78, the release said.

Anyone with information is asked to call Metro at 702-828-3521, or to remain anonymous, call Crime Stoppers at 708-385-5555.
