Missing North Las Vegas disabled man found

A disabled man who was missing who was missing for a day was found and returned to his North Las Vegas home Saturday.
Twenty-year-old Josue Parra-Meza had a short argument with his mother about 5 p.m. Friday and then vanished from a group home at 825 Beefeater Place, near Revere Street and West Gowan Road.
According to North Las Vegas police, Josue has Down syndrome. He has the mental capacity of a 10- or 12-year-old. He is afraid of police and the dark.
Police said the man was found and returned home safely just before 5.m. Saturday.
