Motorcyclist injured in North Las Vegas hit and run

A motorcyclist was hospitalized and North Las Vegas police are looking for a red Chevrolet Impala following a Tuesday evening crash.

Police responded about 4 p.m. Tuesday to the hit and run at North Decatur Boulevard and Horse Drive.

The motorcyclist was transported to University Medical Center in serious condition.

The car they are looking for could have a red-colored UNLV or Hot Summer Nights license plate and damage to the right passenger side, police said in a Facebook post just after 5 p.m.
