Police investigate stabbing in northwest Las Vegas Valley

Las Vegas police on Thursday morning were investigating a northwest valley stabbing that sent a man to the hospital, police said.

Officers were called to the 2100 block of Bavington Drive, near Lake Mead Boulevard and James Bilbray Drive, about 10:30 a.m., Metro spokesman officer Jesse Roybal said.

A man walked into a home with a stab wound that may have been due to a domestic dispute at an unknown location, Roybal said.

The man was taken to University Medical Center and his condition was not immediately known, Roybal said.
