Robindale at Spencer closed after scooter rider hurt in crash

The intersection of Robindale Road and Spencer Street is closed after a Friday morning crash that left a man in serious condition, Las Vegas police said.

Police said a person on a scooter and a minivan collided about 8:50 a.m.

The 20-year-old man on the scooter was southbound on Robindale when police believe he had a medical episode and ran a stop sign. The minivan was westbound on Robindale when it crashed into the scooter rider.

The scooter rider was taken to St. Rose Dominican Hospital, Siena campus with critical head injuries.
