Sunny, warm days through the weekend in Las Vegas Valley
The week will end with clear skies and sunny days that will continue through the weekend, according to the National Weather Service.
Thursday saw a high of 100 degrees with winds around 10 to 15 miles per hour, meteorologist John Salmen said.
Friday will hit 101 degrees, and Saturday should see a high of 103, Salmen said.
Temperatures will begin to drop again on Sunday, with a forecast of 101 degrees. Next week will start off relatively cool, with a 96-degree high forecast for Monday, Salmen said.
No rain is forecast for the weekend or next week. Winds are expected to pick up early next week from 15 to 25 mph, Salmen said.
