Warm weather continues in Las Vegas with little chance of rain

Even warmer weather is coming to the Las Vegas Valley.

Thursday’s high is forecast to reach 79 degrees, which is 8 degrees above average, National Weather Service meteorologist John Salmen said.

The next few days will be above-average, too — Friday’s high is expected to be 81, Saturday’s is expected to be 82 and Sunday could reach 85.

“It looks like it’ll stay that way right on till Tuesday, when we’ll see a little bit more cooling, ” Salmen said.

Thursday’s skies should be mostly sunny and the valley will be dry through the weekend, Salmen said.
