Here’s the Nevada Preps football player of Week 3

Bonanza running back Ricardo Hill was selected as the Nevada Preps football player of the week for Week 3 by reviewjournal.com and nevadapreps.com readers.

Hill rushed for 238 yards and three touchdowns on 20 carries in the Bengals’ 42-8 win over Western in Week 3.

He received 47 percent of the 873 votes in the reader poll.

Chaparral wide receiver Kentrell Petite was second with 21 percent of the vote, followed by Bishop Gorman quarterback Tate Martell (15 percent), Chaparral quarterback Santiago Vialpando (11 percent) and Shadow Ridge running back Elisha Young (6 percent).
