Roundup: Darby Parise’s goal gives Basic win over Silverado

Darby Parise scored in the 73rd minute on Monday to lift Basic’s girls soccer team to a 1-0 road win over Silverado.

Parise’s goal came off a corner kick, and Allyson Lieber had the assist.

Jocelyn Romero got the shutout for the Wolves.

Coronado 2, Green Valley 1 — At Coronado, Alysa Caso and Makenna Curcuru each scored a goal goals as the Cougars downed the Gators.

Leili Rosenberg and Kaitlyn Kowalchuk each had assists for the Cougars.

Nadia Campbell scored the Gators’ goal in the final 30 seconds of the game to avoid the shutout.

Liberty 3, Foothill 2 — At Liberty, Ylexus Gilliland scored with 13 minutes to play to lift the Patriots over the Falcons.

London Pavlica had a goal and an assist for Liberty, and teammate Mia Edwards scored once.

Reagann Larsen and Arianna Vigil each had a goal for Foothill, which led 2-1 at the half.

Valley 0, Mojave 0 — At Mojave, the Rattlers and the Vikings played to a scoreless draw.

Mojave goalkeeper Cathlyn Navarro made 15 saves in her shutout. Valley’s Scarlett Reynolds also kept a clean sheet as she made nine saves.

Tech 2, Boulder City 1 — At Tech, Citlali Aguilar scored the winning goal in the second half to lead the Roadrunners over the Eagles.

Adriana Carillo also scored a goal for the Roadrunners, and Maria Galindo and Joleen Alvarado each had an assist.

Jaydin Darling scored on a free kick Boulder City.

Desert Oasis 5, Bonanza 2 — At Bonanza, Endya Scott scored twice as the Diamondbacks defeated the Bengals.

Angelica Strellnauer, Miah Strellnauer and Mikayla Anderson each added a goal for Desert Oasis.

Ashley Vasquez and Julia Cox each had a goal for Bonanza.

Clark 5, Spring Valley 1 — At Spring Valley, Luz Juarez-Mera scored all five goals for the Chargers as they defeated the Grizzlies.

Clark’s Emily Russell, Shelia Malley, and Kanoe Mores each had an assist.

Mackenzie Carcelli scored in the second half for Spring Valley.

Somerset-Sky Pointe 3, Virgin Valley 2 — At Virgin Valley, Isabella Robins scored two goals - including the game winner - and had an assist as the Eagles edged the Bulldogs.

Robins’ game-winning goal came in the 72nd minute off an assist from Jordan Goolsby, who also scored a goal for the Eagles.

Kallie Graves and Ally Wright each scored for Virgin Valley.

Bishop Gorman 9, Durango 0 — At Gorman, Gianna Gourley had three goals and two assists, and Taylor Cox had three goals and one assist as the Gaels routed the Trailblazers.

Jaden Terrana added a goal and two assists, and Kenzie Carr had a goal and an assist for Gorman, which got a goal from Samantha Nieves.

Kirsten Kircher got the shutout.

Moapa Valley 8, Del Sol 0 — At Overton, Alexis Schraft scored three goals to lead the Pirates to a rout of the Dragons.

Christie Eriksen scored two goals, and Bailey Bunker added a goal and an assist for Moapa Valley.

Natalie Mills and Italia Bracamontes each scored goals for the Pirates.

Goalkeeper Jessica Leon had one save to record the shutout.
