Roundup: Deja Erickson scores three times as Aggies beat top-ranked Palo Verde

Deja Erickson had three goals on Thursday to lead Arbor View’s girls soccer team to a 5-2 home win over top-ranked Palo Verde.

Sierra Vicente supplied a goal and two assists for the Aggies, who led 4-0 at the half. Jolianna Meyers added a goal for Arbor View.

Olivia Packer and Carlee Giammona each had a goal and an assist to pace Palo Verde.

Desert Pines 5, Mojave 0 — At Mojave, Lizuly Mireles-Gutierrez scored five goals in the final 20 minutes as the Jaguars topped the Rattlers.

Goalkeeper Briza Flores got the shutout for Desert Pines.

Las Vegas 2, Rancho 0 — At Las Vegas High, the Wildcats scored twice in the second half to beat the Rams and clinch the Class 4A Northeast League title.

Leslie Garcia and Atziri Avila each had a goal for Las Vegas, which won the Northeast for the second consecutive season.

Larina Ibarra made six saves to record the shutout.

Faith Lutheran 3, Cimarron-Memorial 0 — At Faith Lutheran, Maggie Shuirman had a goal and an assist to lead the Crusaders past the Spartans.

Amelia McManus and Madison Sonerholm also scored goals for the Crusaders. Faith Lutheran’s Hannah Thomas and Ava Linares each had an assist.

Goalkeepers Naia Mesalic and Sydney Fredrickson combined for the shutout.

Centennial 8, Legacy 0 — At Centennial, Marcella Brooks had three goals and three assists as the Bulldogs routed the Longhorns.

Dawn Frederick scored a goal and had three assists, and Dona Acierto added a goal and an assist for Centennial.

Lauren Levoyer, Addison Riddle and Ryleigh Yanke each scored a goal for the Bulldogs.

Riddle and Brooks combined for the shutout in goal.

Canyon Springs 2, Valley 1 — At Canyon Springs, Ashley Llanes and Herminia Constanza each had a goal as the Pioneers edged the Vikings.

Georgia Gardner scored for Valley.
