Ryland to hold grand opening event today

Today, Ryland Homes celebrates the grand opening of its newest neighborhood, Centennial Crossings, in North Las Vegas, which is just outside of the Aliante master-planned community.

Centennial Crossings is near parks, shopping and dining without added special improvement district or master plan fees.

Ryland’s celebration at Centennial Crossings is free and open to the public.

The sales office is open from 9:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. today. Bad Ass Coffee will be serving gourmet coffee, smoothies and snacks from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. and the neighborhood will host a live radio event with KMXB-FM (94.1).

“If you have been looking for a unique new home in North Las Vegas, stop by today to check out Centennial Crossings,” sales agent Charlie Muffley said. “You can enjoy some delicious refreshments and great music, enter to win fantastic prizes and tour our brand-new model homes.”

Centennial Crossings offers attached two-story homes with options to include Ryland’s signature rooftop deck. Two homes are shown as models — the Chesapeake and Norfolk plans.

“Rooftop decks are by far the most popular option Ryland Homes offers, and at Centennial Crossings you can enjoy your own private outdoor viewing area of the beautiful Southern Nevada mountain ranges and Las Vegas city lights,” Muffley said.

Ryland’s Chesapeake model at Centennial Crossings measures 2,218 square feet and has three bedrooms, 2½ baths and a two-car garage. The Norfolk is a 2,424-square-foot home with four bedrooms, three baths and a two-car garage. The Norfolk’s split-level design includes secondary bedrooms, a home office or loft and bonus storage space on the first floor with the kitchen, dining room, great room and owner’s suite on the second level.

“This is one of our most unique plans and gives the main living areas nice second-floor views instead of the traditional configurations on the first floor,” Muffley said.

“Centennial Crossings is perfect for those who want the benefits of home ownership while staying within their budget,” Muffley said. “With prices starting well under $200,000, you can become a homeowner for about the same as you are spending every month on rent. And you get all the incredible features Ryland offers, including granite kitchen countertops, maple cabinetry and energy-efficient designs. Plus, you are nearby all of the parks in and around Aliante without the master plan fees.”

For a limited time, all new homebuyers at Centennial Crossings will receive as much as $8,000 in closing costs and an interest lock for 180 days when using Ryland Homes’ mortgage services.

Centennial Crossings sales office is at 6208 Irene Porter St. in North Las Vegas. To visit, take U.S. Highway 95 north and exit Ann Road heading east.
