As though the flavor combo of chocolate and bourbon weren’t rich enough, this dessert is accompanied by brown-butter ice cream and a slice of bacon, $8.
Manhattan

The resort’s version of the classic is made with Knob Creek single-barrel bourbon, sweet vermouth, bitters and Luxardo maraschino cherries, $12.

A 20-ounce Porterhouse steak is topped with sauteed onions and mushrooms and served in a rich bourbon sauce with horseradish mashed potatoes and seasonal vegetable, $45.
