2 hurt after bus collides with 2 vehicles in eastern Las Vegas Valley

Two people were injured when a bus collided with two vehicles in the eastern valley, police said.

At 8:24 a.m., the Metropolitan Police Department received a report about a Regional Transportation Commission bus colliding with two vehicles near the intersection of Charleston Boulevard and Tree Line Drive, spokesman Jesse Roybal said.

Two people were injured in the collision. One was taken to Sunrise Hospital and Medical Center; the other was taken to University Medical Center, Roybal said.

The extent of the injuries were unknown, but Roybal said they didn’t appear to be critical.
