Motorcyclist injured in central Las Vegas Valley crash

Metro is investigating a serious crash involving a motorcylce in the central valley Friday night.

Police responded to a two-vehicle crash involving a motorcycle at 325 S. Valley View Blvd. near Meadows Lane around 5:50 p.m., Metropolitan Police Department Lt. Corey Moon said.

The male driver of the motorcycle was taken to University Medical Center with serious but nonlife-threatening injuries. The female driver of the vehicle was also taken to UMC with minor injuries, Moon said.

No further information was immediately available.
