Police find man who went missing Saturday night

Police have found a 76-year-old man who went missing Saturday night.

Jesus Valenzuela-Vegas was last seen at 6 p.m. Saturday near Owens Avenue and Sloan Lane in the northeast side of the Valley. There was concern that he may have needed medical help, but he is now safe, police said.

Valenzuela-Vegas was found around 1 p.m. Sunday afternoon, about an hour after Metro called for the public’s help to find him.
