Vegas Viking Lodge of the Sons of Norway has scheduled its annual dinner for Jan. 26 at the Elks Lodge at 1217 Nevada Highway in Boulder City. Seatings will be at 3 and 6 p.m.; tickets must be purchased by Jan. 20. On the menu: lutefisk with melted butter or white sauce, roasted pork, boiled potatoes, peas and carrots, lefse and Norwegian cookies. Packaged lefse (10 for $10) also will be available, as will aquavit.
