Construction completed at Beerhaus at The Park on the Strip

SR Construction on Thursday announced the official completion of Beerhaus at The Park.

The restaurant offers patrons a constantly changing beer list and a rotisserie, sausage and sandwich menu.

Construction of this cornerstone location at the Park, located near T-Mobile Arena on the Strip, included 7,150 square feet of ground-up structural steel assembly, finished with brick veneer interior and exterior. There is space for 450 guests.

“This was a fun project for us,” Scott Loughridge, founder and president of SR Construction, said in a statement. “It’s always exciting to be part of a build that so many people, locals and tourists alike, will enjoy. We wish MGM Resorts International’s Beerhaus lots of success and thank everyone involved for a wonderful partnership.”

SR Construction is currently working on several other projects throughout the valley, including the downtown Federal Justice Facility, opening later this month, Dignity Health’s ground-up Community Hospital — Camino Campus in North Las Vegas and other new ground-up Henderson projects to include the Poets Walk Memory Care facility and Dignity Health’s Galleria Pavilion.
