Here are 4 conventions coming to Las Vegas this week

Here are four highlighted conventions and shows to watch for in Las Vegas.

Solar Power International kicks off Monday. More than 18,000 solar professional from around the world are coming to hear and see the latest industry developments. Several hundred exhibitors will be demonstrating on the trade show floor. The show is closed to the public.

Where: Mandalay Bay Convention Center

Attendance: 18,000 people

Las Vegas Souvenir & Resort Show, billed as America’s largest wholesale souvenir industry event, runs Tuesday through Friday. The show features custom and name drop designs, impulse items, eco-friendly or USA-made resources.

Attendance: 6,000 people

International Vision Expo West, promoted as the complete eyecare event – new and trends in fashion, education and innovation. More than 5,000 fashion and luxury brands for an unforgettable buying experience.

Where: Sands Expo and Convention Center

Attendance: 23,000 people

Mr. Olympia contest and expo runs Friday and Saturday at The Orleans and Las Vegas Convention Center. There will be shuttle buses between the two locations. Expo passes cost from $30 to $75.

Attendance: 45,000 people
