FERRARO’S PLANS DINNER TO BENEFIT UNLV FOUNDATION

PINCHES TACOS TO OPEN SECOND LAS VEGAS LOCATION AT THE GRAMERCY

Pinches Tacos plans to open its second Las Vegas Valley location this summer in The Gramercy, 9205-9275 W. Russell Road. It will join DW Kitchen + Market, The Cuppa and Alex Strattas’ newest steakhouse concept.

Pinches Tacos also has a location in Downtown Container Park, 707 Fremont St. The Gramercy location is set to be larger, with 3,600 square feet, including a full bar and patio dining.

ROAD KILL GRILL II OPENS AT CLARK COUNTY SHOOTING COMPLEX

John Mull’s Meats has opened Road Kill Grill II at the Clark County Shooting Complex, 11357 N. Decatur Blvd. The original location is at 3730 Thom Blvd. and became popular after Food Network star Guy Fieri featured it on “Diners, Drive-ins and Dives” in May 2012.

The menu includes meats prepared barbecue-style in giant-sized smokers, including brisket, pulled pork, pulled chicken, hot links, ribs and a variety of side dishes.

The shooting complex’s winter hours are from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. Wednesdays and 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Thursdays through Sundays through Feb. 28.

ELKS LODGE TO HOST FUNDRAISER DINNER FEB. 28

The Las Vegas Elks Lodge, 4100 W. Charleston Blvd., plans to host the nonprofit Las Vegas Emblem Club No. 114’s annual Fundraiser Paisano Dinner from 5 to 8 p.m. Feb. 28.

EVENT TO HONOR LEGENDARY CHEF ANDRE ROCHAT MARCH 29

A special menu is planned for an event set to honor legendary Las Vegas chef Andre Rochat at 5:30 p.m. March 29 at Andre’s Restaurant & Lounge at the Monte Carlo, 3770 Las Vegas Blvd. South.

Rochat will celebrate 35 years in Las Vegas in 2015. A team of chefs plan to create a one-night-only menu, showcasing the talents of each chef. HONEY SALT PLANS MARCH 16 FARM TABLE DINNER

Honey Salt, 1031 S. Rampart Blvd., plans to host its next Farm Table dinner March 16. The menu will feature traditional Irish fare combined with Honey Salt’s take on classic dishes, with Irish beverage pairings.

FERRARO FAMILY TO LAUNCH PIZZA FORTE

The family behind Ferraro’s Italian Restaurant & Wine Bar plans to debut Pizza Forte this spring in two locations, in the food court at Sunset Station, 1301 W. Sunset Road, and in the casino at the Hard Rock Hotel, 4455 Paradise Road.

Both restaurants will offer Roman-style pizza by the slice and whole pizzas, as well as three varieties of Hofmann hot dogs, house-made meatballs, fountain drinks and Italian sodas. The Hard Rock location also will offer beer and wine. Both locations will feature to-go items, hotel room delivery and on-premises seating.

Bellagio executive chef Edmund Wong plans to host the Executive Chef’s Culinary Classroom, a series of interactive, two-hour cooking classes through Nov. 10.
