CABO OFFERS ALL-YOU-CAN-EAT TACOS IN MAY

Caba Mexican restaurants inside Station Casinos plan to serve all-you-can-eat tacos for $8.99 for Boarding Pass members through May in honor of Cinco de Mayo. Choices for the crunchy tacos are ground beef or shredded chicken. They are served with rice and beans, salsa bar and chips.

Cabo is inside Boulder Station, Palace Station, Santa Fe Station and Sunset Station.

YUMZ GOURMET FROZEN YOGURT TO OPEN FORT APACHE LOCATION MAY 2

Yumz Gourmet Frozen Yogurt plans to open its first Western United States location at 6135 S. Fort Apache Road, Suite 400, on May 2. The first 30 customers to visit at 11 a.m. will receive a free cup of frozen yogurt. On May 3, KLUC plans to broadcast live with Chet Buchannan from 4 to 6 p.m. with giveaways. Benihana Inc. is hosting a children’s coloring contest, Children Helping Children, through May 5 to benefit St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.

The Executive Chef’s Culinary Classroom at the Bellagio, 3600 Las Vegas Blvd. South, has announced its schedule for 2014. The educational series includes interactive cooking classes led by executive chef Edmund Wong and his team. Each two-hour class is held in Tuscany Kitchen, a state-of-the-art demonstration kitchen. Ron’s Steakhouse plans to offer its Steakhouse Triple Selection for $24.99 with a card and $27.77 without a card through May. It features an appetizer, 6-ounce prime dry-aged filet mignon, 14-ounce prime rib of beef, rainbow trout or chicken piccata with soup or salad and bread.

BORDER GRILL ADDS DISHES TO BRUNCH MENU

Border Grill Las Vegas in Mandalay Bay, 3950 Las Vegas Blvd. South, has added new dishes to its Border Brunch menu, offered from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturdays and Sundays.

The updated menu includes bananas Foster crepes, fried green tomatillos, bacon and egg quesadilla and smoked salmon slider.
