Del Frisco’s steakhouse offers two new desserts

It’s true that everything old is new again — but this time, in a fresh new way. Del Frisco’s Double Eagle Steakhouse, 3925 Paradise Road, has introduced two new summer desserts. Individual pineapple upside-down cakes are made with pineapple sugar, piled with mascarpone cream and served on a pool of vanilla-rum sauce. They’re $12. Those who aren’t pineapple lovers may prefer the chocolate hazelnut crunch bar with chocolate pearls, vanilla-rum sauce and ganache, $14.
