Dining Pick of the Week: E&N Family Table Restaurant

E&N Family Table Restaurant

4460 S. Durango Drive, Suite H, 702-382-0051

E&N Family Table Restaurant offers breakfast, lunch and dinner in a bright, spacious location just south of Flamingo Road. Brick walls dominate the space, with rich wood accents. Paintings lend an old-world essence in a clean, modern setting. Booths line two walls with plenty of table seating nearby. The bar has a big-screen TV, which holds court in the middle of the restaurant, set off by a pony wall. The eatery is family owned and operated and serves traditional American fare for breakfast: waffles, pancakes and a two-egg plate with a choice of bacon, ham or sausage. There are six varieties of omelettes, including The Greek with spinach, tomatoes, onion, peppers, mushrooms and feta cheese, and The Spanish with onions, peppers, mushrooms and salsa. For lunch, it offers a mixture of influences. There’s chicken souvlaki on pita bread with tzatziki dip, tuna salad sandwich, club sandwich, BLT with optional avocado, veggie burger, broiled chicken on a hoagie bun and a traditional Greek gyro made with a mixture of seasoned beef and lamb. Hot-from-the-oven sandwiches include Pappa C’s Italian cheesesteak with sauteed onions and Provolone cheese, eggplant Parmesan with homemade marinara sauce, and a meatball sub, also a family recipe, made with Provolone cheese. Appetizers include fried pickles and crispy fried zucchini served with marinara sauce or ranch dressing. Buffalo wings come in serving sizes of eight or a dozen. There are also fried mushrooms and fried mozzarella sticks. Entree choices include charbroiled beef tips, rib-eye steak, chicken tenders, jumbo fried shrimp, broiled salmon, mahi mahi and broiled chicken. There’s also shrimp scampi, fettuccine Alfredo, homemade baked lasagna and spaghetti with meatballs. E&N is open from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. Tuesday through Friday and 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. Saturday and Sunday. For more information, visit familytablelv.com.
