If this isn’t pineapple paradise, we don’t know what is: A pineapple half is layered with coconut ice cream, passion fruit coulis and pineapple chunks roasted with rum and vanilla bean, then topped with piped pineapple sorbet, fresh mango slices, meringue sticks and passion fruit. The Pineapple Paradise is served at Jardin at Wynn Las Vegas, where it’s $19.
