Noodle ChaCha serves assorted Asian dishes

Noodle ChaCha, as you'd surely guess from its name, specializes in noodles.

But, says owner Vinh Ngo, "it's not just about noodles. We also feature Chinese, Korean and Vietnamese food, and everything is homemade."

Along with noodles, the menu features soups, salads, assorted specialties and barbecue dishes, such as roast duck and pork.

"We can always substitute and we can do anything on the menu vegetarian and gluten-free," Ngo adds. "Most of our noodles are made of rice."

Also widely featured is boba, or bubble tea, a tea-based drink from Taiwan. These contain a tea base mixed with fruit or milk. Iced versions are mixed with fruit or syrup and have a slushy consistency.

In all, there are 38 kinds of teas and smoothies.
