Vegas Eats: Table 10 inside the Palazzo — VIDEO

James Richards, Emeril Lagasse’s youngest Chef De Cuisine, uses the seasons as a guide to cooking at Table 10.

“We’re really, really driven by the seasons,” Richards said. “That’s one of our biggest driving influences. Seasonality rules all when it comes to cooking.”

From foams and reductions to creating lighter cuisine based on homestyle flavors, the chef aims to entertain the palate at the New American eatery.
