Coroner IDs second man killed in crash west of Strip

The second man killed in a two-car traffic crash Saturday morning west of the Strip has been identified.

Alexander Marshall Ridley, 36, died of multiple blunt force injuries. The Clark County coroner’s office ruled his death an accident. The other man killed in the crash was identified earlier this week as 56-year-old Alexander Rousakov of Las Vegas.

The two men who were riding in a 2014 Ford Fiesta died at the scene of the crash about 3:10 a.m., after police said a 2006 Dodge Charger, driven by 33-year-old Patrick Lacy Jr., allegedly ran a red light at the intersection of West Spring Mountain Road and Polaris Avenue. The Dodge slammed into the driver’s side of the Ford, police said.

Lacy was hospitalized with moderate injuries and was later booked into the Clark County Detention Center on suspicion of drunken driving. He faces two counts of DUI resulting in death.
