Brewer’s Cafe has always been busy with a loyal customer base enjoying its American/casual-style menu. When an established movie theater reopened in the Green Valley Town Center, things got even busier. Breakfast begins with omelets (Philly cheesesteak, chili and cheese, vegetable and egg white, bacon and Tillamook cheddar), challah bread French toast, eggs Benedict, huevos rancheros and chorizo and egg burrito. Popular sandwiches are crispy chicken, Reuben, blue cheese and bacon burger, open-faced turkey with cheddar mashed potatoes, black bean veggie burger, blackened turkey burger and Ultimate Grilled Cheese. Featured entrees are chicken fried steak, meatloaf, spaghetti and meatballs, roast lemon chicken, grilled mahi mahi and prime rib. There is pizza, salads (Caesar, Chinese chicken) and appetizers, including Buffalo wings, pot stickers, chicken egg rolls and Vegas Shrimp Cocktail. Brunch is $7.99 from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturdays and Sundays. Breakfast begins at $3.99, and sandwiches start at $5.99. Brewer’s Cafe is open from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. Sunday through Thursday, 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. Friday and 7 a.m. to 10 p.m.
