Neon New Year’s III: Underground Circus is scheduled from 9 p.m. to 7 a.m. Dec. 31 at a location 1 mile from the New York-New York, 3790 Las Vegas Blvd. South, that is set to be announced Dec. 30. The event is slated to include underground music, disc jockeys and a live electronic music performance by Soul in the Machine. The promoters have promised to deliver an “ultra-violet reality where you will see animals, acrobatics and fascinating creatures of the circus that will astound every emotion in your being.” Tickets for the 21-or-older event include an open bar and are $45 in advance and $60 at the door.
