East valley shooting injures 1

Las Vegas police responded to an east valley shooting.

It happened about 7:15 p.m. Thursday in the 1400 block of Charleston Boulevard, near 17th Street.

Police said a man was shot in the foot. He was taken to University Medical Center with injuries that were not life-threatening.

No suspects are in custody.
