A stolen motorcycle fatally crashed Tuesday afternoon on U.S. Highway 95.

Arriving troopers found in their investigation that the Honda motorcycle was reported stolen. The single-vehicle crash, which was reported about 2 p.m., happened on northbound U.S. 95 near the North Rainbow Boulevard exit.

The driver, a 33-year-old man, died at the scene after crashing the motorcycle into a freeway wall.

Witnesses said the motorcyclist was seen driving at a high speed just before the crash, Nevada Highway Patrol spokeswoman Chelsea Stuenkel said.
