Traffic could be congested near T-Mobile Arena Thursday night

Traffic near the T-Mobile Arena will be rougher than usual tonight during a dress rehearsal to stress-test arena services before next week’s grand opening, according to a MGM Resorts International spokesman
The test will run from 6:30 to 10 p.m., so drivers in that area should expect heavier traffic at the intersection of the Las Vegas Strip and Tropicana Avenue and Frank Sinatra Drive.
The dress rehearsal will be closed to the public, with only MGM employees and construction workers who helped build the arena in attendance for the practice run.
