Motorcyclist killed in Las Vegas crash involving truck, RTC bus

Las Vegas police are investigating a fatal crash Saturday night in the west valley.

Police responded to reports of the crash about 9:45 p.m. at the intersection of Rainbow Boulevard and Tropicana Avenue, Metropolitan Police Department Lt. Peter Kisfalvi said.

He said the crash involved a motorcycle, a U-haul truck and a Regional Transportation Commission bus parked at a bus stop.

The motorcyclist died at a local hospital.

No other information was immediately available.

The Clark County coroner’s office will identify the deceased once next of kin is notified.
