Temps staying in 90s for most of week in Las Vegas Valley

Highs in the Las Vegas Valley this week will stay in the mid- to upper-90s, but residents can expect to see a hot, dry weekend, the National Weather Service said.
Temperatures in June stay around 98 to 100 degrees, and the weather service says this week’s highs will sit at or just below average.
Temperatures will hit 95 Wednesday and 93 Thursday. he said.
Afternoons through the week will be breezy, with winds about 10 to 20 mph, Salmen said.
Starting Friday, temperatures will begin to rise again with a tentative high of 97. The weekend will continue to heat up with forecast highs over 100 degrees, he said.
Saturday’s forecast high is 103 degrees, Salmen said; Sunday’s is 108 degrees.
