GIRLS VOLLEYBALL: Rancho rallies to beat Las Vegas

Karime Raygoza recorded 16 kills and 20 digs, and Leiana Nacapuy tallied 48 assists and eight digs as Rancho’s girls volleyball team topped host Las Vegas, 19-25, 25-15, 25-19, 25-15.

Sam Pochop had 19 kills, and Mia Suzuki added 17 digs for Rancho.

Victoria Barney led Las Vegas with 25 assists and 16 digs. Anna Dobbins had 25 digs, and Sabrina Saldate added 20 digs for Las Vegas.

Legacy 3, Arbor View 2 — At Legacy, Kiana Carter had 15 kills, 14 digs and one ace in the Longhorns’ 25-22, 12-25, 25-23, 19-25, 15-9 win over the Aggies.

Shariya Vercher added three kills and two blocks for Legacy.

Alyson Jeeves had 37 assists and four aces for Arbor View, and teammate Alyssa Jeeves had two aces and 11 digs.

Shadow Ridge 3, Cimarron-Memorial 0 — At Cimarron, Whittnee Nihipali had 11 kills and nine aces, and Autumn Spendlove supplied 20 assists to lead the Mustangs to a 25-10, 25-13, 25-13 sweep of the Spartans.

Madyson Lousignont added seven digs and six kills for Shadow Ridge.

Aquazia Williams had five assists and four kills, and Logan DeLong finished with four kills and four assists to lead Cimarron.

Alexandra Payan had nine digs for the Spartans.

Bishop Gorman 3, Bonanza 0 — At Gorman, Lilly Hoff had 17 assists, six digs and two aces, and Sydney Lobato notched 11 assists, four aces and four digs to help the Gaels overpower the Bengals, 25-12, 25-21, 25-12.

Alysia Nielson had nine digs, Kylie Gibson supplied eight kills, and Tommi Stockham added seven kills for Gorman.

Western 3, Sunrise Mountain 0 — At Sunrise Mountain, Jannessa Dunton put down 10 kills, and Elaina Tillmond added nine kills to help the Warriors to a 25-9, 25-23, 25-23 sweep of the Miners.

Nikki Riggs also dished out 20 assists for Western.

Natalie Jaramillo had four kills and one block, and Olga Alvidrez added four aces and one block to lead Sunrise Mountain.

Daniela Robledo-Toribio had 10 digs and one kill, and Destiny Favela had six digs and one ace for the Miners.

Mojave 3, Cheyenne 1 — At Cheyenne, Sua Estrada dished out 26 assists to rally the Rattlers by the Desert Shields, 21-25, 25-16, 25-23, 25-13.

Savannah Blanchard-David added 10 digs, and Darria Gray had three blocks for Mojave.

Eryuan McJoy led Cheyenne with five kills and two blocks. Leerah Hunt had five aces, and Kamalani Forcum notched six assists and four aces for the Desert Shields.

Pahrump Valley 3, Desert Pines 0 — At Pahrump, Alexis Trieb tallied 12 kills, and Jackie Stobbe notched 18 assists as the Trojans swept the Jaguars, 25-2, 25-2, 25-14.

Koral Hearn added 10 kills and eight aces for Pahrump Valley.

Vira Tavita, Brianna Fitzgerald and Karyme McGhee each supplied five digs for Desert Pines.

Calvary Chapel 3, Adelson School 0 — At Calvary Chapel, Lexi Davis notched 29 assists, and Olivia Kaiser tallied 17 kills as the Saints swept the Lions, 25-8, 25-9, 25-9.

Sara Hernandez served 11 aces, and Malia Lee supplied seven kills for Calvary Chapel.

Lake Mead 2-2, Mountain View 0-0 — At Mountain View, Josey White finished with 10 kills, three aces and two blocks as the Eagles swept the Saints, 25-14, 25-11 and 25-18, 25-16.

Siana Rau totalted four kills and eight aces, and Allee Butz added four kills and five aces in the two matches for Lake Mead.
