Dress for Success Southern Nevada plans to partner with Global Gaming Women, a nonprofit funded by the American Gaming Association, to host the inaugural Power of the Suit event from 6 to 10 p.m. June 26 in the Stan Fulton Building at UNLV, 801 E. The event focuses on confidence-building techniques for female professionals and will include a panel discussion with female gaming industry leaders as well as an interactive fashion show featuring Dress for Success Southern Nevada clients and volunteers as models. The Culinary Academy of Las Vegas announced locations for the 2015 Summer Food Service Program, a federally funded program administered by the Nevada Department of Agriculture to youths living in low-income areas.
