DB Brasserie celebrates stone fruit with special menu

The glories of stone fruit are being celebrated with a special menu from Monday through July 31 at DB Brasserie at The Venetian. Edge Steakhouse at the Westgate will celebrate its first anniversary with a special dinner from 6 to 8:30 p.m. July 28. The five-course tasting menu will have an entree of rib cap with chanterelle mushrooms and torpedo onions, or Colorado lamb rib chop and loin with carrots and couscous. It’s $125. The restaurant also will offer a three-course anniversary menu from Thursday through July 31. With an entree of Beef Wellington, sea scallops, salmon or lemon-and-herb-roasted chicken, it’s $85.
