Clique Hospitality opens Bottiglia Cucina at Green Valley Ranch

Green Valley Ranch Resort is getting a taste of Italian fare as Clique Hospitality has opened its latest restaurant — Bottiglia Cucina & Enoteca.

In a partnership with Station Casinos, Clique Hospitality’s Bottiglia mirrors Tuscan style and has a modern twist on classic Italian cuisine, the founders said in a news release.

The menu will feature house-made pastas including Papperdella Bolognese, along with braised short ribs, truffle ricotta and piquillo pepper gravy.

Weeknights from 5 to 7, guests can take advantage of Bottiglia’s happy hour menu, which is filled with $6 food and beverages. Included in the promotion are staple dishes such as wood-roasted eggplant and fontina aranchini.

The restaurant is open 5-10 p.m. Sunday through Friday and 5-11 p.m. Friday and Saturday. It’s located inside Green Valley Ranch Resort at 2300 Paseo Verde Parkway in Henderson.

Clique Hospitality also owns Hearthstone at Red Rock Resort.
