Food Truck Fridays: Starting March 25 and continuing from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. April 1, 8 and 15, local food trucks are to set up shop in the parking lot of the Huntridge Shopping Center, 1120 E. Charleston Blvd.

Crazy Pita to support St. Jude’s: Throughout March, Crazy Pita will participate in a paper icon sales campaign collecting monetary donations starting at $1 for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. Artichoke Festival: d.vino Italian Food & Wine Bar at the Monte Carlo on the Strip is hosting its seventh annual Artichoke Festival through March 25. The festival showcases the vegetable grown from Ocean Mist Farms in Castroville, Calif., hailed as the “artichoke center of the world.” The restaurant’s menu includes six dishes featuring the vegetable.
