Photographer John Gladman celebrates beautiful girls from all walks of life in his book “Bombshell: The Pin-Up Art of John Gladman.” Many of the subjects of his photographs — from Lady Gaga tribute artist Tierney Allen and “Pin Up” star Claire Sinclaire to Las Vegas-born model Alley Kat — have ties to Las Vegas.
Photography is only part of Gladman’s process. Once an image is selected, he spends hours working it digitally in his computer until he’s satisfied with the end result. Often, he changes the hair and makeup and more until the work is more vintage art than contemporary photo.
