Don Vito’s brings Italian touch to South Point neighborhood

If you haven’t yet tried Don Vito’s, you’re missing out on authentic Italian cuisine in your neighborhood. Under the direction of chef Matthew Rios, it brings a taste of Italy to South Point, 9777 South Las Vegas Blvd.
The restaurant features a variety of appetizers from bruschetta ($7) and stuffed mushrooms ($10) to calamari ($12) and grilled shrimp ($16). Guests can also start their meals with an assortment of soups and salads, such as the Gorgonzola and pear ($9) or Mediterranean seafood ($13).
Moving on to main courses, Don Vito’s has a selection of pastas from the basic spaghetti ($16) to lobster ravioli ($24). There are also ample choices of seafood dishes, such as Chilean sea bass ($38) or lobster tail milanese ($44).
Patrons should also look at its specialties such as eggplant Parmesan ($20) or veal chop ($44).
Don Vito’s is open from 5 to 10 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and 5 to 11 p.m. Friday and Saturday.
