Henderson council OKs closing offices

A plan to close Henderson city offices for the last week of the year won the City Council’s approval Tuesday. Police and fire personnel and a skeleton crew of other emergency workers will remain on the job, but all other offices will be shuttered between Christmas and New Year’s.
