A seasonably warm weekend will be followed by a breezy start to the work week in the Las Vegas Valley, the National Weather Service said.
A warn Saturday in the Las Vegas Valley is expected to be followed by a cold front and rain chances at the beginning of the week, the National Weather Service said.
If the weather in the Las Vegas Valley plans to follow its typical patterns, February should shape up to be much wetter than the first month of the year.
The forecast weekend temperatures are “quite a bit above average for this time of year,” said Alex Boothe, a meteorologist with the National Weather Service.
Depending on where you’re going this holiday weekend, the temperature could even be “a little bit above normal,” according to the National Weather Service.
The Las Vegas Valley may see its first rainfall of the year this week.
“For the most part, we’re looking at temperatures slightly below normal pretty much through Monday,” said John Salmen, a meteorologist with the National Weather Service.
It’s going to be a pleasant week for weather, according to the National Weather Service, as CES 2020 comes to Las Vegas.
Saturday’s high temperature is forecast at 60 degrees, while Sunday’s high will likely reach 61. Next weekend could bring cooler temperatures – dropping five to 10 degrees.
But 2020 is expected to start much differently than 2019 did, with three months of below-average precipitation and above-average temperatures.
